Online Security Update: “Heartbleed bug”
You may have heard about the “Heartbleed bug” online security threat and that many websites throughout the Internet have had potential exposure to the problem.

Our bank’s website, online banking, mobile banking and online credit card sites are secure.
And, our regular fraud protection services and practices remain vigilant in protecting our customers from fraud attempts and unauthorized activity.

However, because many people use the same or similar passwords for various sites and transactions, we believe it is in your best interest to update your passwords for any online service or account. We encourage everyone to take this simple step of extra precaution to help prevent future vulnerabilities to fraud attempts. Changing your online passwords periodically is a wise routine for personal information security in general. To update your online banking password, log in and select Options at the top right of the screen, then edit your password.
