Your community is our community.
Our bankers care about helping our entire community thrive and prosper.
Yes, our approach to doing business has earned us a reputation as a bank you can depend on, but our commitment to you goes beyond financial services.
Our clients count on us to support the people and organizations working to build and care for our communities. Our culture is deeply rooted in the values of service and philanthropy, and we believe strong communities are built with local volunteers, donations and leadership.
We are proud of the time, energy and compassion our associates dedicate by volunteering for many local non-profit organizations each year.
From sponsoring a basketball scoreboard, to tutoring elementary school students, to raising funds for the United Way or serving as board members on local committees, you’ll find us involved in every aspect of the areas we serve.
These are just some of the many ways we’re active in our community. It’s an honor to work alongside our friends and neighbors.
This past June, First-Knox National Bank celebrated ten years of partnering with MTVarts to Bring Broadway to the Memorial Theatre. The annual production runs early to mid-July, and is a family friendly event for all ages. The 2016 production featured a reprisal of Beauty and the Beast in honor of the inaugural production. First-Knox hosted a child-friendly Be Our Guest event on Saturday, June 25, complete with photo ops with members of the cast, refreshments, crafts, and spontaneous musical performances from the show.
Another successful Knox County Fair is in the books and First-Knox was pleased to once again act as the financial agent for the Knox County Junior Livestock Auction. We also participated in the auction, purchasing a variety of animals in support of the hard work of our area youth. We are also excited to have been part of the Holmes County Fair, Morrow County Fair, and Bellville Street fair junior livestock auctions. We can’t wait to see what 2017 brings!
Support of the Arts
First-Knox was pleased to be honored as the 2016 Small Business Support of the Arts award recipient at the annual Governors Awards for the Arts in Ohio in May. The Governor’s Awards for the Arts in Ohio is
a statewide program that showcases and celebrates Ohio artists, arts organizations, arts patrons, and business support of the arts. First-Knox was nominated by MTVarts based on First-Knox’s participation in and support of various performing and visual arts activities and organizations in Knox and surrounding counties.
First-Knox National Bank is delighted to be able to say “yes” to the many requests we get for donations, sponsorships, volunteers and other contributions that support our communities. We strongly believe in investing our money locally and doing everything in our power to support the people and groups in our neighborhoods.Make a Request
