Your community is our community.
Our bankers care about helping our entire community thrive and prosper.
Yes, our approach to doing business has earned us a reputation as a bank you can depend on, but our commitment to you goes beyond financial services.
Our clients count on us to support the people and organizations working to build and care for our communities. Our culture is deeply rooted in the values of service and philanthropy, and we believe strong communities are built with local volunteers, donations and leadership.
We are proud of the time, energy and compassion our associates dedicate by volunteering for many local non-profit organizations each year.
From sponsoring a basketball scoreboard, to tutoring elementary school students, to raising funds for the United Way or serving as board members on local committees, you’ll find us involved in every aspect of the areas we serve.
These are just some of the many ways we’re active in our community. It’s an honor to work alongside our friends and neighbors.
Top Sponsor of Holmes Center for the Arts’ “The Nutcracker”
First-Knox is a top corporate sponsor of the annual production of “The Nutcracker” through the Holmes Center for the Arts. The sponsorship began in 2016 and is an exciting new way we can continue to support performing arts and cultural enrichment in Holmes County.
Mount Vernon YMCA Capital Campaign
As a long-time sponsor of the Mount Vernon YMCA, we believe in the YMCA’s mission and recognize the many ways it benefits our Knox county community. We donated $250,000 to our local YMCA’s capital campaign to help it expand and remodel its facilities and lead to a broader base of programs. Annually, we donate $1,000 to sponsor a youth athletic team.
Knox Community Hospital Advanced Medical Facility Campaign
Our recent pledge to provide $250,000 to a fundraising campaign for an expansion at Knox Community Hospital demonstrates our commitment to supporting the communities we serve in a variety of ways.
“A business is only as strong as the community it serves. Supporting this expansion is an investment in our community’s vitality,” said Vickie Sant, First-Knox president.
“Thousands of individuals and families rely on the hospital, and we want to do our part to help them expand their services and specialized care.”
First-Knox National Bank is delighted to be able to say “yes” to the many requests we get for donations, sponsorships, volunteers and other contributions that support our communities. We strongly believe in investing our money locally and doing everything in our power to support the people and groups in our neighborhoods.Make a Request
