Park National Corporation names Kelly Edds to Chief Accounting Officer role

NEWARK, Ohio – Park National Corporation (Park) appointed Kelly A. Edds to serve as chief accounting officer. Edds, who is currently a vice president and financial reporting manager for Park, will assume her new role when Matthew Miller becomes executive vice president on April 1, 2017. Her responsibilities will include many aspects of the organization’s financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and routine accounting operations, as well as assistance with credit administration.

“Kelly’s experience and leadership have contributed to the success of Park over the years, her passion for excellence is contagious. I am very happy about her advancement to chief accounting officer,” said Park Chief Financial Officer Brady Burt.

Prior to joining Park in 2010, she worked six years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Columbus, Ohio. She earned bachelor’s degrees from Ohio University in accounting and management information systems. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Edds has served as board treasurer for Pathways of Central Ohio since 2013. She was a campaign ambassador twice for United Way of Licking County and has been a planning committee member for Licking County’s Relay for Life event.
